Welcome to the FoundersBoot website (including all subdomains, the “Site”), operated by FoundersBoot and its affiliates (collectively, “FoundersBoot,” “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site provides information about our organization, application process, tools for applicants, forums for discussions about startups, and profiles of founders and companies that have participated in our program.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use contain an arbitration agreement requiring you to submit claims against us to binding and final arbitration, with limited exceptions. You may only pursue claims against FoundersBoot on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding. Relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) is limited to individual basis.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to change or modify portions of these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, except for changes made for legal reasons, which will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE
